    • Project Coordination between production & sales team and supporting sales team in every possible way.



    • Carry forward the inquiries from the sales team and getting involved in each project from beginning to its end by pushing the production team to work and execute it timely and thus helping in overall project execution.


    • Preparing technical data sheets for range of lighting products for institutional/architects/tender inquiries.


    • Ensuring accurate and timely sale service to customer complaint and thus involved in post-sales services.


    • Maintaining client database of sales team and getting involved and keeping track of ongoing enquires followed by timely follow –ups from the sales person.


    • Keeping track of all the sample requests and providing acknowledgements for each and every order given to the production team.

    • Lighting Design for interior, outdoor and road projects by using Relux software.


    • Elementary involvement in Tenders since Jan, 2014 by preparing techno-commercial offers for the same.

    • Building relationships for expanding sales and product portfolio by preparing mailers for the products and presentation on company profile.


    • Responsible for monthly inflows from running projects by rigorous follow up & client interactions.
