Consultancy tie-up's with the Indian Market Share hungry American and Swiss Holdings, for the commercial side of the dying chemicals & textile were negotiated in the form of tri-party agreements. Duly developed the commercial market for Dye Chemicals & Solvents of Huntsman International Corporation in the region of Punjab & Haryana, managing in-time inventories, corporate sales and high value items.
Maintained a portfolio of Real Estate investments across North India mainly into Condominiums, Villas, Retail as well as office Spaces, Chunks of Farm Land in addition to Commercial Investments. Right from negotiating the bulk deals with developers, to appointing brokers & channel partners, to formulate the exit strategy for the appreciated asset bank alongwith managing the liquidity to acquire a lucrative distress sale in no time. Worked closely with Real Estate FDI – IREO in India in lead generation, client acquisition, corporate sales, developing pipelines, sales vertical - across corporate, residential & retail, handling wealth management & real estate portfolio for HNI’s, assuring positive client experience, setting new industry benchmarks for IREO.
An e-commerce venture into Women Ethnic Wear Sarees, later outsourced to SnapDeal, was given a real shape to taste the e-commerce market, right from working with manufacturers across Bombay, Kolkata, Gujarat, Jaipur, & Delhi, to working closely with studio houses for modelling & product shoot, to selling the inventory through various online marketplaces alike Amazon, Flipkart, SnapDeal, Paytm, to getting products on to the shelves of offline stores.
